LiveStyled Expands into Portugal with Altice Arena, Lisbon
LiveStyled signs deal to provide white-labelled venue app platform for the multi-purpose Altice Arena, Lisbon.
London, October 31st, 2017 – LiveStyled, the mobile customer experience platform for the world’s biggest venues, today announces it has been contracted by the Altice Arena, Lisbon, to provide the venue’s new mobile app and supporting data platform.
Altice Arena is a 20,000 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena in Lisbon, Portugal. Upcoming events at the venue include Shakira, Metallica and the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest finals.
The introduction of the LiveStyled platform is part of a clear drive by the venue to put customer data at the heart of everything they do. LiveStyled uses data science to target attendees on an individual level, to enhance the customer experience and drive incremental revenue. The venue’s existing app, which has been in place since 2015 will be replaced with a brand-new app running on the LiveStyled platform.

The 600,000 annual attendees of the Altice Arena will receive personalised recommendations through LiveStyled’s AI system. This will enable fans to find events, access mobile tickets natively in the app, order food & drink or purchase merchandise with click and collect at the venue.
