LiveStyled, recently appointed to build the official mobile ordering app for Jockey Club Click & Collect, has followed up a successful roll out at Newmarket’s Rowley Mile in 2016 by delivering a 100% uplift in mobile app revenues at the 2017 Randox Health Grand National compared to 2016.
The new app, incorporating four Jockey Club Racecourses; Aintree, Haydock Park, and the Rowley Mile and July Course at Newmarket allows race-goers to order their drinks ahead of time and beat the bar queues on their visit to any of the four racecourses. The app is also the first of its kind to include a built-in loyalty system for race-goers, meaning that visitors at this year’s Randox Health Grand National were able to earn rewards and take advantage of special offers, redeemable at any of the four courses throughout the course of the 2017 racing season.
In addition to driving increased convenience and customer loyalty, the LiveStyled platform automatically tailors what each individual user sees and accesses, meaning that each race-goer at the festival was delivered highly relevant and personalised offers.
Nick Campbell, Managing Director of Jockey Club Catering said, “The Click & Collect app was a great success at this year’s Randox Health Grand National. Queuing can prove a challenge at major events so we were delighted to have the benefit of LiveStyled’s technology and experience to help us enhance the race-day experience for our visitors.”
Harry Samuel, Chief Commercial Officer at LiveStyled added: “It’s been a great start to the 2017 racing season and we look forward to driving further success as we roll out the app across four of the Jockey Club’s iconic venues. Racing fans don’t want to miss a second of the action, so it’s a fantastic environment for us to prove the value of our platform in both enhancing the customer experience and driving incremental revenue.”
The Jockey Club Click & Collect app is available to download on both Android and iOS
